Since Elegant Images was formed we focus on providing a personalised service to our brides and the ladies (and sometimes gents) in the wedding party. In greater depth we offer the following services

  • Health & Beauty consultations where we can work on your specific skin type to prepare it for the forthcoming wedding. It is not unusual that weddings and their organisation can build up a level of stress that often boils over and is reflected in your skin. We can help you with an effective regime to minimise those effects and help you to glow.
  • Special Occasion make-up for that pre-wedding get together or Hen party. the image may be totally different to the one you want on your Special Day, but we can help here too
  • Make-up lessons for those ladies who feel they will have the time and skills to apply their own make up in a professional manner that will still look good in the photographs. If you are a complete novice or someone who has a handbag full of cosmetics, we can show you how to get the best out of it
  • Colour Analysis to ensure that your chosen colours fit in well with your underlying skin tone
  • Wedding Day make-up either just for you or your bridesmaids and mums too. We come to you, either at your home or from wherever you are preparing for the ceremony. We fit it around the hairstylist, the photographer, the endless well wishers and working on the original notes and photos can reproduce the look you wanted that was agreed at the rehearsal. It is not set in stone however, we have often been asked to match that spray tan you have chosen to have at the last minute, or cover up those blemishes you don't want to show, it is all in a day's work for us, because it is your day and we limit our time to your wedding alone, so we will not be rushing off to someone else's.

Every wedding is different so we will not impose our ideas on how you should look, we are happy to guide you but it is your choice after all. Many times ladies come to us having already been to a beauty salon or hairdresser who offer the "whole package" often with less than favourable results. We will make a promise to you now, we will not do your hair or your nails or any invasive or permanent beauty treatments, we will leave those to the appropriate experts, we just stick with what we know and understand.
